Begin your tour where Atlanta Architect John Portman began his career as both architect and developer of the world’s largest wholesale market, Atlanta’s Merchandise Mart! Your tour guide, Kelly Callen, will share the history and stories of Portman’s downtown Atlanta iconic buildings which may or may not be authorized to repeat.
Buildings included in the tour. include Atlanta Merchandise Mart, Hotel Indigo, Westin Peachtree Plaza, SunTrust Plaza, Marriott Marquis, and Hyatt Regency Hotel.
The tour will conclude at the top of the Atlanta Hyatt Regency Hotel for a cocktail at the Polaris where the view is truly stunning!
